KETO CREAMY ASPARAGUS AND SHRIMP ALFREDO {GLUTEN-FREE}

Shrimp and asparagus swimming in a tasty rich Alfredo sauce nearly appears to be too debauched to even think about being a supper all alone, however when you're eating keto we're discarding the carbs and grasping all the solid fats! 


INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 pound Raw Wild Caught Shrimp Peeled & deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Organic Grass-Fed Butter or Ghee
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen Asparagus
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste



INTRUCTIONS :

1. Hurl shrimp with salt and pepper. 

2. In a skillet over medium warmth, sauté shrimp in spread until dark, 2-3 minutes. 

3. Include asparagus, sauté 1-2 minutes. 

4. Include cream and cheddar, diminish warmth and mix until cheddar is softened and sauce is thickened. 


5. Appreciate right away.
