EASY RECIPE SHRIMP AND GUACAMOLE TOSTADAS FOR DINNER


EASY RECIPE SHRIMP AND GUACAMOLE TOSTADAS FOR DINNER


While you're occupied with crying this out, you may need to look at my first CRAFT post from yesterday! I made straightforward DIY rice sack warming cushions that would be puuurrrfect for a minute ago blessings 


INGREDIENTS :

  • 6 corn tortillas
  • cooking spray
  •  2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro, plus more for garnish
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 2 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 Tbs ground cumin
  • 2 Tbs chili powder
  • 1 tsp crushed red or green pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into small slices

INSTRUCTIONS :

1. Preheat broiler to 350. 

2. Gently coat the two sides of the corn tortillas with cooking shower. Prepare for 4 minutes on each side. Change broiler to cook. Equally isolate the cheddar over the tortillas and cook until cheddar is dissolved and bubbly, 2-ish minutes. Expel from warmth and set aside. 

3. In a little bowl, consolidate the avocados, cilantro, lime juice and a touch of genuine salt. Concoction with a fork until you get guacamole. Feel free to eat a couple of nibbles for your prosperity. 

4. Hurl the shrimp with the cumin, stew powder, squashed pepper drops and garlic salt. 

5. Warmth the oil in a medium skillet over medium high. Singe the shrimp on one side for 2 minutes; flip and burn 30 additional seconds. Expel from skillet. 

6. To the dish, include the cut red ringer pepper. Saute for 2 minutes, scratching the carmelized bits from the container, flavoring the peppers. Sprinkle in a leetle salt. 

7. Spoon the guacamole over each gooey tostada, trailed by shrimp and red ringer pepper. Enhancement each tostado with cilantro and give another great crush of lime squeeze over every one. 

8. Gracious, you just will have a hard time believing it.
