INGREDIENTS



  • 250 g of butter
  • 1 l of milk
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 3 egg yolks (or 9-10 quail egg yolks)
  • 200 g of wheat
  • 1 Canned Peach Box (900 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of gelatin (20 g)
  • 100-150 g of crumbly crumb biscuits
  • 1 cacao spoon
  • kiwi or jam for decoration


METHOD OF PREPARATION



  1. Cook porridge in milk, stirring constantly so that it does not burn. Set aside to cool. Grate Kasia's soft baking cube with sugar, adding one egg yolk at the end of grinding.
  2. Add a spoonful of porridge to the resulting mass with yolks, stirring constantly with a mixer. Divide the mass into two parts, add a tablespoon of cocoa to one.
  3. Line the bottom of a 23 cm springform cake with biscuits. Cover them with a dark and then a light layer of porridge.
  4. Pour 1/2 cup of syrup from the peaches and mix with 2 tablespoons of gelatin. Stand for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the other peaches from the syrup and mix. Heat the swollen gelatin so that it dissolves and mix with the mixed fruit.
  6. Transfer the peach mass to the springform cake tin and set aside in the fridge for concentration. Serve the cake with fruit or jam.
