                      • 1/2 teaspoon salt 
                      • 1/4 teaspoon dark pepper 
                      • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika 

                                          Instructions :

                                            1. In a cast iron skillet, heat up olive oil over medium warmth. 

                                              2. Season pork cleaves on the two sides with salt and pepper. 

                                                3. Singe pork slashes on each side for 3 to 4 minutes, until brilliant darker. Check the inward temperature. It ought to be at any rate 145 degrees F.
